Having created the series "Prikol'nyj Detektiv" (A Funny Detective), the publishing company "AST" have decided to compete with the "serious" detectives for adults. The series is designed for the young fans of this literary genre, who cannot quite handle yet Conan Doyle and his deductive method, but can easily find well hidden sweets without any problems. The main characters of the books in the series are talking animals and amusing little fellows - vlipsiki (of the size of a tree leaf) - who live in trees.
The series is intended for the children of primary or middle school age.
