Perspektive Deutsch
"Perspektive Deutsch" is a job-related German course at the A2/B1 level of the CEFR. The flexible style of the textbook allows the modules to be combined in a variety or ways and writing tasks can be differentiated for different abilities. The book includes portraits of people working in different industries and occupations. A range of topics regarding vocational integration eg. recognition of foreign professional qualifications, retraining.
Most importantly the course teaches the skills needed for communication in the workplace - spoken coversations and an exensive written training for the workplace. Grammar is shown in the context of both everyday working life and for understanding specialized texts.
Scenario pages show typical workplace situations and progression is in small steps with many role plays activities. Self-evaluation units and lesson tests are included.
Klett Augmented is available for "Perspektive Deutsch". With the Klett Augmented App audio files, videos or links can be scanned, played or saved on a smartphone or tablet.
Klett Augmented is available for free in the App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android). Download and install the app for free.
Once the app is installed on a smartphone or tablet, choose your Klett book. Open the book on a page containing symbols for audio and/or video files. Hold the smartphone or tablet over the page of the book and the app recognises automatically stored files and starts scanning them. The media files can now be loaded, played or saved.
