Magnet
"Magnet" is a three-volume course characterised by a clear, linear structure that supports learners through short, manageable units and repetition of material. Each volume contains 10 chapters plus 5 "intermediate stops" that offer in-depth key skills training. Each chapter begins with a motivating introductory dialogue followed by three sections on the topic of the chapter and a final overview at the end of the chapter. The course places the emphasis on regional studies and looks at all the German-speaking countries. "Magnet Deutschland" which accompanies level two of the course consists of 21 units divided into 3 subject areas: everyday life, politics, and history.
