Daniel Crozes (born 19 January 1958)is an essayist, journalist, historian, biographer and novelist from Camjac in the Aveyron region.

He holds a PhD in History specialising in the French revolution and was a journalist at La Dépêche du Midi from 1982 to 1990. From that time onwards he has dedicated himself to writing producing a prolific body of work.
