"Amis et compagnie" is an innovative new course that reinforces the four main skills (including a strong focus on speaking and writing) as important tools for communication. This course is perfect for those pre-teenagers who have already touched on the basics of the French language at primary level (for example if they have previously used Colette Samson's "Alex et Zoé").

The very varied exercises - including many designed to develop intercultural understanding - are always clear and self-explanatory. Regular sections devoted to training for the DELF examination provide valuable additional practice for all pupils. The course will gradually take the students up to level B1 of the CEFR over four levels. Each level introduces students to a French classic in the form of a manga-style cartoon. For level one this is 'Les trois Mousquetaires'.
