The clear layout, the pace and the themes covered in "Chicos-Chicas" make it an ideal course for young teenagers. Designed to develop young learners' communication and cultural skills, it offers a fast and structured progess through a modern and dynamic learning approach. The 8 units in each level commence by listing the main points to be studied and these are then put into context through short dialogues which revolve around everyday themes (friends, family, school, etc.). The new structures, vocabulary and grammar are then developed and practised through a series of activities. At the end of each unit, a 3-page inter-cultural project introduces students to a new language and culture of the Hispanic world.
