In approximately 100 hours of study, "Pogovorim" aims to develop listening and speaking skills in everyday life as well as in social, cultural and formal business situations. The book helps to raise the linguistic and cultural proficiency of students and prepare them for the TORFL-Second Certificate Level (a high level of competence in Russian, enables a candidate to satisfy his communicative needs in everyday, cultural, educational and professional spheres).

Each of the 10 units comprise a series of tasks and activities (the dialogues and exercises are recorded on tape) and is accompanied with a Russian-English vocabulary. The book is illustrated.
