"Let's Start" will ease secondary beginners happily into English, through its use of short articles, comic strips, games and culture-based posters. Grammatical structures, verbs and adjectives are also introduced through picture dictionaries.

Also included are a "Dedicated to peace" competition, photographically illustrated craft activities and two booklets to cut out and keep: a Christmas play and a Games booklet.
